Do you provide chain of custody and proof of delivery?
Every sample run is tracked door to door with signed dockets and photo proof of delivery. For clinical-trial, legal and forensic samples we can run sealed chain-of-custody handover with documented timestamps at pickup and drop-off.
How fast can you collect a specimen?
Pickup is typically within 60 minutes across metro Melbourne, with hot-shot priority dispatch for urgent pathology and theatre samples. Standing daily and multi-drop runs between clinics, hospitals and labs can be scheduled at fixed times.
Do you deliver samples to regional Victoria?
