What types of pallets can you carry?
We move standard CHEP and Loscam pallets, plain timber pallets, European (EPAL) pallets and large or awkward pallets — anything up to one tonne per pallet that fits within our van, one-tonne tray and three-tonne pantech fleet. We are not a heavy-haulage operator, so we don't carry oversized machinery, steel lengths or loads that need a flat-bed, semi or permit.
What is the maximum pallet weight you deliver?
Up to 1,000kg — one tonne — per pallet. That covers the vast majority of business freight. Standard, CHEP, Loscam and large timber pallets carry up to 1,000kg; European pallets up to 250kg. If it's on a pallet and under a tonne, we'll move it.
Do your trucks have a tail-lift and pallet jack?
Yes. When there's no dock or forklift on site, specify hand-unload at booking and we'll send a vehicle with a tail-lift and pallet jack so the pallet can be lowered to the ground and walked off safely.
