How to book
The fastest way is to call 1300 973 038. Email is also welcome for non-urgent bookings and freight account work.
Cut-off times
Same-day metro: book by 4pm for guaranteed same-day delivery (urgent runs available later). Next-day regional: book by 5pm Melbourne for next-business-day delivery.
Packaging
Items should be securely packed and labelled. We can provide guidance on safe pallet wrapping, fragile item handling and temperature-sensitive freight.
Vehicle types
Vans for cartons and small parcels, utes and one-tonne trays for larger work, three-tonne trays with tail-lift for pallet freight.
Proof of delivery
Photo and signed PODs are returned the same day. Account customers receive online dockets through our customer portal.
