Cars, utes and vans may suit different consignments; larger loads may need a separately quoted 10-pallet tail-lift truck. Strictly business freight — not household removals.

Drop-X Transport is a dedicated commercial courier and freight operator. Keeping our scope tight is how we deliver every job reliably, efficiently and on time for the businesses that depend on us.

  • Household items & personal goods

    No furniture removals, residential moves or personal effects.

  • Personal residential deliveries

    Residential addresses are serviced for business-related freight only. Personal residential deliveries are excluded.

  • Airfreight & seafreight

    We're a road-freight operator — no airport-to-airport or port-to-port consignments.

  • Refrigerated & temperature-controlled goods

    Our fleet is not refrigerated. Pharma-cold chain, fresh produce and frozen freight are not accepted.

  • Time-slot bookings

    We commit to same-day and next-day windows, not narrow appointment slots — keeping every other job on schedule.

Payment terms

    All bookings must be paid in full before our driver collects, unless you hold an approved freight account.

  • No cash at pickup or delivery

    Drivers do not handle cash. No exceptions — please settle online or via card before pickup.

  • All prices include GST

    Quoted prices are GST-inclusive. Tax invoice issued automatically with every job.

What's the heaviest single item Drop-X can move?
The published Drop-X courier standard-pallet category is up to 500kg per pallet; oversized courier pallets have a separate category. These per-pallet limits are not a truck payload or tail-lift rating. Larger multi-pallet truck loads are quoted separately after dispatch checks packed dimensions, individual and total weights, access and availability. We do not offer flat-bed, semi or permit loads.
Do you handle fragile or high-value goods?
Yes. Drop-X carries public liability and goods-in-transit insurance, and we offer hand-to-hand chain of custody for high-value items. Flag fragile or high-value status at booking so we allocate the right driver and restraints.
Do you collect from residential addresses?
Drop-X operates between verified business locations — that focus is how we keep dispatch fast and reliable. Pickups or deliveries at residential addresses, shopping centres, hospitals, universities or other non-business sites are by prior arrangement only, so contact dispatch before booking.
Do you provide pallets, satchels or packaging?
No — Drop-X is a transport company, not a packaging supplier. Goods must be ready for transit at pickup. We're happy to advise on how to pack a pallet correctly so it survives the trip.
Can I request a car, ute or van for business deliveries?
Yes. Drop-X books cars, utes and vans for business courier jobs and quotes 10-pallet tail-lift trucks separately. Send both addresses, packed dimensions, weight and loading details; dispatch confirms the vehicle, availability and timing.
