Before you leave

High-vis and steel-cap boots are required at industrial sites. Sign in at gates where required, follow the site traffic-management plan, and comply with local loading and safety directions.
At collection
Check the freight against the job details before departing. If there is damage, a short-pick, an access issue or a material difference from the job, report it to dispatch immediately rather than resolving it independently.
At delivery
Complete the required delivery record and collect a receiver signature only where dispatch has specified it for the booking. Return relevant records and job notes to dispatch.
Delays and exceptions
Stay reachable while allocated to work. If you are delayed, cannot access a site, or a delivery cannot be completed, call dispatch promptly with the job reference and the issue so the office can manage the next step.
Invoices and payment
Owner-drivers are paid on the agreed cycle after submitting compliant tax invoices. Keep your job paperwork complete and provide any requested supporting documents with your invoice.
