A quick reference for Drop-X drivers covering operational procedures, site requirements and payment cycles.
Dispatch
Dispatch operates from 6am to 6pm with an after-hours line for overnight and weekend work. All jobs are issued with pickup, delivery and any specific site notes.
Site procedures
High-vis and steel-cap boots required at industrial sites. Always sign in at gates and follow the site's traffic management plan.
Paperwork
Photo POD on every delivery. Signed dockets returned to dispatch the same day. Damage or short-pick must be reported immediately.
Payment
Owner-drivers paid on agreed cycle (typically weekly) on submission of compliant tax invoices.
Communication
Stay reachable. If running late, call dispatch — the office will manage the customer.
