Yes. There are no contracts or minimum volumes — you book what you need, when you need it. Retailers use Drop-X as surge capacity through peak season and drop back to normal shipping when the rush ends. A freight account adds priority dispatch and one monthly invoice.
Do you deliver retail freight to regional Victoria?
Yes. Same-day urgent runs and next-day scheduled services reach Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo and towns across regional Victoria, from single cartons to pallets — regional freight is priced per kilometre — the item rate plus $1.95 per km of road distance (beyond 100 km, extra kilometres at $2.50), inc GST.
