Keeping our scope tight is how we deliver every job reliably. Drop-X does not handle:
- Household moves & furniture removals
- Residential addresses are accepted for business-related freight only. Personal deliveries are not available.
- Standalone airfreight or seafreight forwarding. Urgent air can be arranged as part of a Drop-X interstate booking.
- Perishables needing refrigerated trucks. We don’t run temperature-controlled vehicles.
- Narrow time-slot bookings
- Click & collect pickups from retail shops
- Shared backloading or unquoted linehaul. Regional deliveries are completed as a dedicated express service. Interstate freight is available as a separately quoted service.
