Practical booking guidance
For same day courier, confirm your required timing with dispatch. If it can wait, ask about the separate next-day option. Dispatch checks the collection and destination, freight, road route and available vehicle before confirming a plan for North East (Metro Melbourne).
Business road freight such as documents, satchels, cartons, pallets and suitable non-temperature-controlled freight can be assessed. Share the piece count, dimensions, weight, loading access and receiving details. Personal or household deliveries, refrigerated or cold-chain freight, and air or sea freight are not offered.
Select next-day in the online booking form, or tell dispatch the collection date, pickup and delivery addresses, freight details and site requirements. Dispatch confirms the applicable cut-off, route capacity and estimated road timing for the booking; a narrow or guaranteed time slot is not offered.
The current pricing information lists 12% off eligible next-day prebookings. This is for the planned next-day option, not an urgent same-day request. For regional jobs, the 12% discount applies to the total regional price, including the base item rate and per-kilometre charges. Ask dispatch or check the booking quote to confirm the applicable rate; do not assume it combines with another rate or fee.
Price and availability depend on the freight type and dimensions, total weight and pieces, road distance, vehicle and loading access, requested timing, route conditions and capacity. After-hours, weekend, public-holiday or special handling requirements are assessed separately.
