Can you support an after-hours cutover or install?
Yes. Drop-X operates 24/7 — hardware can land on site when your change window opens, evenings, overnight or on weekends. After 5pm a flat $110 after-hours surcharge applies on top of the standard rate.
Do you service regional Victorian offices and sites?
Yes. Same-day urgent runs and next-day scheduled services cover Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo and regional Victoria, from a single laptop to palletised hardware — regional freight is priced per kilometre — the item rate plus $1.85 per km of road distance (beyond 100 km, extra kilometres at $2.30), inc GST.
