Yes. Drop-X runs a genuine 24/7 operation — evenings, overnight, weekends and public holidays. After-hours hospital, pharmacy and lab runs are among our most common jobs, and a real Melbourne dispatcher answers every call.
How is chain of custody handled?
Tell dispatch what handover records are required. Delivery confirmation is provided, and sealed handover or a receiver signature may be arranged when confirmed for the booking. Photo proof and live GPS tracking are not offered.
