What payment terms do you offer freight account customers?

Standard freight accounts are invoiced monthly on net 14 day terms. Higher-volume customers can negotiate net 30 terms with credit approval. Online invoice and POD portal included.

Can I get dedicated drivers on regular routes?

Yes. Many of our freight account customers run scheduled daily or weekly routes with dedicated drivers — for example a 9am Truganina pickup with a 10am CBD drop, every weekday. We'll build a route plan tailored to your operation.

Do freight accounts get volume pricing?
