Legal Document Delivery Macedon — FAQs

Is document delivery from Macedon confidential?

Confidential handling and a single-driver arrangement can be requested for a legal document run in Macedon, but the driver and handover plan are confirmed per booking. Provide any chain-of-custody or signature requirement in advance. Photo proof and live GPS tracking are not offered.

Can I request a 10-pallet tail-lift truck in Macedon?

Yes. Truck jobs to or from Macedon 3440 are quoted separately. Regional truck requests are assessed individually; courier coverage does not confirm truck availability. Send both addresses, each pallet's packed dimensions and gross weight, and whether a dock, forklift or the tail lift is needed; ten pallet spaces are not a payload or tail-lift rating.

Can I request a car, ute or van in Macedon?

Yes. Cars, utes and vans are booked for business courier jobs, and 10-pallet tail-lift trucks are quoted separately. Send both addresses, packed dimensions, weight and loading details; dispatch confirms the vehicle, availability and timing.
