After hours

After-hours requests, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, are assessed from the exact addresses, freight details, handling needs, requested deadline and available vehicle. Dispatch confirms feasibility and the estimate for each booking.

The bit nobody mentions

Access can affect a delivery as much as the road route. Loading dock queues, lift bookings, locked reception desks and site instructions may change the available timing. Tell dispatch about these requirements when you request a quote so they can be assessed before the booking is accepted.

2. If it needs to land today and the timing is flexible — ask about a Priority assessment.
