Drop-X operates between verified business locations — that focus is how we keep dispatch fast and reliable. Pickups or deliveries at residential addresses, shopping centres, hospitals, universities or other non-business sites are by prior arrangement only, so contact dispatch before booking.

Do you provide pallets, satchels or packaging?

No — Drop-X is a transport company, not a packaging supplier. Goods must be ready for transit at pickup. We're happy to advise on how to pack a pallet correctly so it survives the trip.

No furniture removals, residential moves or personal effects.
Personal residential deliveries
Residential addresses are serviced for business-related freight only. Personal residential deliveries are excluded.
Airfreight & seafreight
We're a road-freight operator — no airport-to-airport or port-to-port consignments.
Refrigerated & temperature-controlled goods
Our fleet is not refrigerated. Pharma-cold chain, fresh produce and frozen freight are not accepted.
