Not every transport quote tells the full story. Some freight providers advertise a low starting rate, then add extra charges after you book — or after the delivery is done. Their own pricing schedules often say it in the fine print: fuel levies, surcharges, tolls, fees and detention charges “may apply” on top of listed rates.

Business Freight Accounts are not automatically granted. To ensure responsible credit management, all new customers begin on prepaid terms. Following two months of consistent trading and satisfaction of our account criteria, eligible businesses may be invited to apply for a Business Freight Account.

Apply for account credit
After two months of trading we review your account. If approved, we issue a Business Freight Account with a credit limit and payment terms.

What payment terms do you offer freight account customers?
Standard freight accounts are invoiced monthly on net 14 day terms. Higher-volume customers can negotiate net 30 terms with credit approval. Online invoice and POD portal included.
Can I get dedicated drivers on regular routes?
Yes. Many of our freight account customers run scheduled daily or weekly routes with dedicated drivers — for example a 9am Truganina pickup with a 10am CBD drop, every weekday. We'll build a route plan tailored to your operation.
Do freight accounts get volume pricing?

Is there a minimum to open a freight account?

Can I track jobs and access dockets online?
Yes. Every freight account customer gets access to an online portal showing live job status, signed PODs, photos and consolidated reporting by cost centre or department.
